This hotel experience was truly disappointing. The cleanliness was incredibly poor, with filthy rooms and hygiene issues everywhere. The lack of management oversight made things worse, which was sad for the staff trying their best. On a positive note, the pool area was the only redeeming feature, providing a bit of fresh air. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and wouldn't recommend staying here.

This hotel stay was incredibly disappointing and marked one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The cleanliness of the entire property was abysmal, including filthy rooms and bathrooms. While the pool provided some fresh air, the overall lack of management and maintenance made for a very uncomfortable birthday celebration. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend bringing your own hygiene supplies and ordering food for pickup, as I found the service lacking.
